The Executive Committee of the Hamilton Professional Fire Fighters Association reconvened in front of Arbitrator Goodfellow to decide whether he had jurisdiction to hear the case regarding our Retirees receiving the OHIP premiums. Unfortunately, the Corporation has won their challenge and Arbitrator Goodfellow has ruled that he does not have jurisdiction to hear this case. We are undecided at this time as to our next course of action but will be informing you soon.
